Refunds and Cancellation Policy | 退款/取消条款

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

* No shows will not be refunded.

* Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

* First 5 pages of the paper are free, extra pages will be charged.

* Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST author.

* At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register with an author registration.

* Full paper registration includes attendance in all sessions of the event; present in one session; paper publication; conference documents; lunch, coffee breaks and dinner.

* Abstract registration includes attendance in all sessions of the event; present in one session; conference documents; lunch, coffee breaks and dinner.

* Listener registration includes attendance in all sessions of the event; conference documents; lunch, coffee breaks and dinner.

* Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee.

The official Receipt of your payment | 官方收据/发票

* After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment. You will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.
中国作者请注意，如是汇款到美金账户，您将收到中国税务合法收据，实际可报销.

* If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned verion.

Attention | 注意事项

Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.
